Ignition problem (misfire code) switch, starter, coil, or MAF?????? help

97 240sx ka24deIt won't start right away somtimes.... turn the key and nothing but hte lights come on... turn again and it starts... i think its the ignition switch but my service engine light is on and the code is for a misfire... so what the fu*k is it????

p.s. changed the spark wires, plugs, and the distributer... is it the coil, starter, or switch???? it stoped for a while after my intake was installed... MAF prob????
