Ignition Problem (90 hatch with a 95 engine)

Hey how are you guys doing. Now this is a good topic trust me b/c all the searches I did i found nothing similar to my problem so it will be fun solving this one...Ok I got my 90 hatch with the original KA in it which later died on me. (16 year old heavy foot 155000miles) it was a ticking time bomb...Anyways the lifters starting ticking on it and it sounded like i was driving a diesel Mack truck...With the noise, I didnt like being starred at so i stopped driving it and left it in the garage. I later picked up another 90 hatch which was automatic. The car lasted for one sumer until it just wouldnt start back up in Mc.D parking lot so i junked it for $98.

Anyways now that i was car less I bought a 95 engine and transmission and did the swap. Engine needed timing chain, clutch and flywheel job done. (I did the job but then came out with some problems)

First of the car idles a little funny and low rpms (it sounds like those muscle cars with cams in them) but when i step on it, it gets up and go with no problem. The timing is a bit off b.c after i put the new chains on, I cant get the dizzy to line up perfectly to TDC. Because of that reason, I retarded the engine a bit to see if it will help but nothing, then i advanced the timing to see what i will get now. (Rite now the engine is sopposibly set to 20 degress, it runs but idles funny at low rpms and smells like unburnt fuel)

Now the real problem. When i drive the car with the headlights popped up and lights on the car acts crazy. When I try to clutch and shift gears, the car would try to start up. (ex. Engine Cranking, starter going, and lights off) This cant be good for my car and is just a eye catcher for me to be driving and my lights going on and off everytime i switch my gears.

If you guys can please help me out on my little project it will be much helpfull. If you guys need pics and vids, I will gladly make them avialable. Thanks alot in advance.
