ECU LED's read 21!?!

is the ignition module single bi polar transistor or a FET?are there out of circuit tests? and can it be tested with a tranistor tester?

not sure on which design the trnasitor is. but isloated from the circuit it can be tested with the tester.there are no FSM tests on the unit out of the vehile. it is a power supply and ground check test installed in its circuit that determines condition of it.

can you give me the steps on how to do the test?

Could a bad ignition module be the reason my car wont start? and i dont have a spark from the coil?

I will need to look up the wiring for your car in the service manual today I have service manuals for 93 and up but they are different for the DE engine. I will have to get back to you tonight on it.
