I am down to 1 key for my 99 I30. I was told that there is a microchip in the plastic and these keys cost $$$$$. Where is a good place to get replacements? Is there such a thing as a valet key for these models.

Try contacting Pinnacle (1-888-384-1723 or 1-888-998-9800 ext 2447) or one of our other dealer sponsors. Due to security reasons, they probably won't be able to cut the key for you, but they may be able to give you a good price on a blank with the chip. Then you will just have to have the blank cut/programmed.
