ignition help....please?!?!?

okay so i am looking at buying a 1995 fwd nissan 200sx se-r.the kid states it will not start by turning it over so he replaced the starter and it still will not start by turning it over..it push starts every time but wont by turning it over with the key....what could this be and how much are we talking to fix it?also,i have another '95 nissan 200sx se-r i could use for a parts car

Could be the spark plugs and wires. Pull a plug and check the condition.

Probally just the ignition switch. Touch the wire that comes off of the starter to the wire that comes off of the selonoid together with some needle nose pliers. If it turns over... its the ignition switch.
