Ignition Harness?

The Ignition Harness that came with my motorset doesn't seem to directly fit into the haness I have. I was just wondering if anyone knew what kind of harness this was. The wire colors match up with what is printed in the FSM but they branch off into two plugs where the manual shows them terminating at one. I don't want to get a new harness so I will probably end up just splicing directly into the harness.

i would try to find a new harness with the one plug.thats what i have on mine and i have never seen one with 2 plugs.there was one on ebay with the coils .

whoa chief.... first off, the two plugs in the first pic go together. The plug in the second pic plugs into the injector resistor pack.

I already have the resistor pack plugged in I to a plug that looks exactly the same as that one:

I checked the wires with the FSM and they match up to the plug that is in the resistor pack: Y, L, G, W, R. I thought that was plugged in correctly? I'm just concerned with the plugs that are on the ignition coil harness because they don't match up with what is in the FSM. I was wondering if thats what other peoples harness plugs looked like. If mine are different I figure I'll just hardwire what I have with the main harness.

Are you sure this harness isn't for an automatic?

The ignition harness or the entire engine harness? I'm pretty sure the engine harness isn't for an automatic (The FSM shows that it should be that plug that goes to the ignition coil harness). I got this set from a private vendor and a lot of stuff came up and i'm just now getting around to finishing the swap. Unfortuneatly it's now that I'm starting to find a lot of weird **** like this. Are the Ignition coil harness plugs the same that you guys have on your swap? or do you just have one plug that goes to them.
