Ignition Control Module Troubles

Well I've been in the process of a KA24DE swap and I'm to the point where I start her up and she goes *put put* and then dies. I source first issue to no fuel then to no spark. I want to figure out why there is no spark. So I find out that I keep blowing ignition control modules. Anyone have any thoughts on why this keeps happening? I'll be tearing out the harness again to check for any issues there and going off that. If you have any suggestions let me know.
