ignition coil testing

im doing the ohm testing on my coils for my na its calling for 0.7 ohms in the manual however im getting 1.2 ohms and all coils are reading the same, does anyone know if this is means there bad or i just have the multimeter set wrong, altho i have tried diff. settings on my multimeter and still not getting the correct reading, im guessing they all cant be bad because the car will run (very badly but will run, i beleive i need new PTU and one ignition coil. because at the bottom of one ignition coil if i take the rubber thing off theres a plastic type spring thing that is broken off) .............................please help thanks
