My car is misfiring ans needs ignition coils and on Ebay a company called Duetche sells all 6 for $240. Have you ever replaced those on a 2000 Maxima GLE. Does this sound okay? Anywhere elese?

there's a bunch of oem coils on ebay pretty cheap. make sure you get some kind of warranty in case one or more don't fire so you can return for money or replacement.

I replaced one of the front ones on my daughter's 00 Max.Was REALLY EZ! Autozone pulled the codes and told me the cylinder that wasn't firing. If it is a front one mis-firing, I would only replace the bad one. Could be a bad spark plug - would check that first!
