if you own JIC flta2 coilover please help

i just bought the flta2's and wanted to check to see if the adjuster knobs work smoothly. First one is smooth/second only clicks twice then binds up and the other two work fine. Then i turn the knob harder until it turns, it turns out that one front has 16 clicks and one has 17 clicks. Not just that either, one rear turns 20 clicks and one has 19 clicks...i thought they were all suppossed to be 15 way adjustable?????

i think when i checked mine one had like 18 and the rest 15. its recommended to adjust coilovers from the hardest setting working backwards, this may have something to do with that.
