i just bought the flta2's and wanted to check to see if the adjuster knobs work smoothly. First one is smooth/second only clicks twice then binds up and the other two work fine. Then i turn the knob harder until it turns, it turns out that one front has 16 clicks and one has 17 clicks. Not just that either, one rear turns 20 clicks and one has 19 clicks...i thought they were all suppossed to be 15 way adjustable?????

I've had JIC FLT-A2's for 2 years now and I havent been able to drive on them very much, about 1000 miles since I bought them. I noticed last summer that the adjustment knobs were a bit tough to turn on the front set of dampers. I also noticed that they no longer had 15 clicks, it was more like 16.5 clicks. However, I seemed to free them up a bit with a good soaking of WD-40.. After I sprayed them with WD-40 and cycled the adjustment knob a few times it was back to 15 positive clicks. The rear set of dampers are fine, I never had a problem with them. I attributed the difficulty in adjusting the front dampers to the fact that they are exposed to the elements with the adjustment knobs on the bottom of the damper. However, I have also heard mixed things about people having problems with the JIC coilovers and JIC USA; blowing dampers, adjustment knob issuses, poor customer service etc. I wish I had someting a bit more definitive to tell you about the FLT-A2's, hope this helped and good luck.
