I have a 1994 infiniti j30 which i've had for about 2 years. I brought it for an old lady and it had 50,000 miles. the car was and still is in perfect conditon. I recently had low idle problem, staling problem, belt squeling, check engine light, and engine missings. I brought my car to the dealer paid $120.00 for a diagnosic and let them fix every thing costing about $1200.00 dollars. But this included a tuneup, timimg belt change at 80,000 mile drive belts change, egr valve change which was causing the staling and rough idle, transmission flush, oil change, feul induction service (which saved me alt of money on feul injectors this service cost about $130.00) and a trottle body cleaning. When i got my car back it rode better than it did when i briught it. I may seem like a lot of money but if you're a j lover it's worth it. "Please write if you have any question"

I like to no what dealer because the Infiniti dealer out here in Los Angeles charges 1440 just for the timing belt change and to do all the rest of that stuff you mentioned they would of charge you close to 4000 dollars.

$1200 sounds about what it would cost at a dealer up here for the same work.

I don't know about the dealer up there, but Ray Brandt Infiniti have like 30,000, 60,000, and 90,000 mile services ranging from $549.99-$749.99. depending on what your j needs. I did the service for 749.99 and had to change the egr valve which was causing my car to have a rough idle and staling. I also need to get my knock sensor change. that's getting done on my next visit.
