A relatively rust-free (yeah, right) 280Z with the cool-*** skinny chrome 240Z bumpers, some of those smoked glass headlight covers and the side mirrors way down the front of the car. In burgundy.

Hell yeah. :ylsuper

Edit: It's a Datsun, btw. So there! OK, or a crappy old N/A RX-7. ;)

This sounds like a loaded question. Are you looking for a used car?

I would have to say, a Caprice Classic. I use to have one and I had some good times in it. Literally.

Subaru Impreza WRX sedan. <<If I could get quite a lot of help from my parents plus I got a good deal by wiggling my self in and slapping down a huge 18k cash (24,000, AND got dealer to throw in a ton of free stuff (exhaust, alloy rims, speakers, shift knob, boost gauge, dash gauges...)

I dream of getting a good deal on a new car.

ooops you asked about used cars. I would drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, fully loaded.

yes they were produced in north america, well we have them in canada at least, they were on the 4th and 5th generation, they came with toyoa's very strong 2.0 3S-GTE, kinda the equivalent of the SR20DET, in the 5th gen it came with a top mount IC, in japan they got 225hp, look for a celica with a hood scoop

A modded 95 Acura Legend 6-speed Type II (coupe).

Beyond that, maybe a 95 MR2 turbo, an Eldo ETC, or my dream project:

A mid-90's Buick Roadmaster wagon with an LT-1 swap, dropped, shaved, skirted and tinted (Impala SS style), rolling on Boyd's 18's. :D

sounds like the old 2XXZ datsun is the fav. I've thought about restoring an old datsun but it just seams like too much restoring for me.

hmm...celica awd...those are ridiculously rare.I'd rather get an mr2 turbo but those are rare too and are going for premium prices right now.

CRX? yeah those are dope. tons of power to weight ratio and aftermarket support.

Don't get the old Z unless you've got the time and money to do a restoration. It can be pricey, and there's nothing as sad as a poorly maintained Z limping down the highway.

I'd have a 1967 or 1969 Corvette Stingray T-top with a blown 350. Tuxedo black with black leather interior. But I'd rather have that than a nissan, just can't afford it.

celica all-tracks are extremely rare in the u.s. but they do exist, do the mr2's w/ the all-track engine exist in the u.s.?

anyway my list is Mr2, FC, a 1.8t car (audi vw) or my 3225i!

'91 BMW 850i. V-12 Coupe. One of the original super-touring land yachts. This car has so much technology poured into it, it makes modern domestic cars look like grandpa's Packard.

Considering I'm waiting for that day next year to come when I can own a Nissan, I'll just try to rely on my Plymouth Laser. :) Its getting worked on soon to run a hell lot better. ;)

The last twin turbo RX-7. Then I would chop the top (somehow). Or maybe a Miata, with a 5.0 Mustang and a 6 speed.
