depends on the year. 91 and up cars have stuff that you'd want to salvage for potential SR swaps, such as power steering lines.
89 and 90 cars have MAFs that SR guys would want.
Interior pieces are always nice to grab as well. You wouldn't believe the number of futzed up door panels I've seen in non-verts.
DOHC gauge clusters are good for SR swaps as well. The tachs are different between the SOHC and DOHC versions. And if you run across a HUD equipped car, you can probably find a buyer for the HUD, harness, and gauge cluster.
Trunk lids are a good safe bet. Soempeople don't like the stock spoiler, so they'll buy a spoilerless trunk lid. Or there's that guy that wants a spoiler, but his never came with one nor does he want a cheap aftermarket looking one.
Pop up headlight units are good as well, but they're expensive.
