Im sorry, but to everybody who likes the Rx7-8, and says they would like that car, i can guarantee you would hate to have that car, Fuel sucks, eats oil like theres no tomorrow, mileage is always under 15mpg and parts for the rotary are almost 4 times the price as any normal car part, I owned a 13b. Im happy i dont have it anymore lol

The reason why I stumbled upon the 240sx was mainly because of my friend danny, but also the fact that I saw a datsun Z at college and thought it was sweet even though it was rusting and beat up. I'd have probably bought a Z because I was looking for one before I looked for the 240. Few years ago there was an ae86 hatchback for sale down the road for 600 dollars and it ran with no rust. I really wanted to buy it but had no place for it, so probably that next.

I'd still want an FC or miata, but I don't fit well in miatas so it's a good thing there are 240s! E30s are sex as well, one of my only euro cars. Old rabbits too.

^ no offense but thats a stupid answer. the thread is about if there was no 240s what you would have, not what your dream car is. an fd with an r26b is easily going to be well over 10 times more then a 240 costs.
