If the speakers stop working on a stock deck....

So I was driving back from vegas and I was stopping to eat, I have my phone hooked to the AUX and I made a usb to mini connector (my phone only has usb output) I pull it out stop the car and eat. When I get back in the car there is no sound at all not from the Radio or anything I was like WTF. If this happens to anyone else you just have to take the head unit out and disconnect everything from the back and reconnect and it resets a relay or something. What caused it is that the cord I made wasn't properly grounded. Just thought I would share if this happens to anyone else.
