Those ebay performance "chips" are a scam and a waste of money. It's only 9 bucks, so not a huge risk, but I very highly doubt you'll see any difference at all with it, and you will absolutely not see anywhere approaching the gains they claim.

well there are no real performance chips. just the cheap junk on ebay. you would need to go to jwperformance for a full pcm retune or get yourself an apexi, or greddy emanage and some gauges to moniter what you are doing with them.

Performance chips are only useful for Reg V6's etc. (na motors) if they are built into the actual ECU itself which would then advance A/F ratio, timing, etc. and they are $$$
