Go on corvetteforum and pick up a slightly high mileage C5 for 14-15k. Drop 7G's on an ECS or A&A Vortech Supercharger kit. Puts you around 500rwhp for 23k. 2k for coilovers, 3k for C6 Z06 brakes and wheels/tires to fit(selling your old ones). Leaves you 2k for a set of headers and meth(turning the boost up in the process). Be at 550rwhp or more daily driven on pump gas.
