I am going to rebuild my engine but nobody can seem to answer me if I can keep the same rods or replace them, I am going to turbo it in about a year after the rebuild so that is why I want to find out. can anybody help?

If you are rebuilding the engine, I would go with everything as new as possible. KA's have a strong bottom end (they have held up to 400hp) but since you are considering turbo, get new, stronger connecting rods just to be safe.

Stock rods have done +500rwhp...so unless you're shooting for more, have yours magnafluxed (checked for cracks) and re-use them.

Take them to a local engine builder.

I agree on having them checked and reusing them if you can. I reused my stock SR rods, as they've been proven to reliably handle over 350rwhp. Good luck.
