one day the car wouldnt start... took it out the starter, then put in a new one. car started. dont know whats specifically broken, but it didnt work for me

the shims inside could be worn out...just take it out and reaplace it! bam! you got yourself a new starter

and i just checked kragen/autozone... core value for a starter is about $40+

give you 10 bucks for it seeing how I don't know if it's rebuildable and the shim may be too worn to be re-used

and that my effort is in attempt to aid nico and others who want to rebuild their starter

try pushing your car against the uphill, then back down using the driveway to "jack up" the car. having one wheel on the sidewalk, and then changing the starter in 90+ degree weather at noon. one of the worst days ive had with my car

we rocked my car back and forth and it didn't start

when we took it apart everything was dry, the whole thing was seized

hey wangless, I Still got that 89 90 sohc ngk spark plug wires set (new in box)

that's a 30$ value,

and in the future im thinking about getting pdm's aurora 8.5mm wires, had them in my last car. and im probably gonna order a few things from them, so might as well get it from them as well
