idol issues. anyone no what's up?

So here's the deal... a 1991 KA24DE with 110,000 just rebuilt. Not doing so hott.

The 240 will idol but then rev to about 2200 rpm's then go back to idol continuously. Is that a throttle positioning sensor error? Or a vacuum leak somewhere? any help guys...

vaccum leak somewhere check all of you lines could also be MAF

It is spelled Idle. It might help you get the right people to open the thread. I thought it was a gag at first.

anyway, I would def go over all the vacuum hoses. Unplug the maf and see if it changes at all.
