Idling problems.!.!.!.!????

Car: 1989 Nissan 240sx w/SR20DET

Got a redtop SR. It idles up and down when setting in Neutral. What could be causes of that? Im new to the SR World and still learning alot. If it could be the Idle Conrtol sensor. where is that located?

YOU GOT A VACUM LEAK SOMEWHERE CHECK ALL THE CUP LINKS HOSES AND MAKE SURE YOUR INTAKE MANIFOLD IS ON TIGHT.

I will try find what I can on that but it wasnt doing that the other day. that is whats confusing me.
