Idling problem

My car has some idling issues where the rpms constantly go up and down between 500 and 800. On the way down it sounds and feels like it's running out of juice. Any suggestions?

hey i had the same problem but whith two different things first it was my maf then it was my bov that would open but not shut by it self .if it is your maf disconect it then see if the idle settles if it does then it is your maf

Check also the acc valve AKA the idling valve
