Idling issues

I have a 93 240sx with the ka and the thing wont idle when I start it up it will rev up to 3000 rpm then drop to idle and die anyone have any ideas?

clean the IACV located in the back of the intake manifold. or MAF

i replaced the hole iacv asembly and with no change i thought about the maf but a new one is 400 dollars

no need for a new one. just clean it with maf cleaner... or find one used on here. however to test it you can unplug it and if it runs better then you know thats your problem. if it runs worse when its out then thats normal.

MAF, MAF plugs or wires check that,or maybe ur timing is off a little

Start with the basics.....first off vacuum leaks....even the line going to your brake booster. If no leaks do as mentioned above.

Do you still have the problem once it's warm?

there are no vacume leaks i have checked multible times the timing is good and i tried moving the dis. with no effect. it also has new plugs wires cap rotor.
