IDLES WRONG DIES OUT

i have a 1995 240sx and blew the ka.. i own a s13 as well and just swapped the s13 ka in to my s14... and now when i start it up it idles out to about 1500 to 2000 then slowly dies out..i checked the vacum lines, maf,TPS COOLANT SENSOR, and it still idles rough and shuts off.. Can somebody please help im desperate

Hopefully you only swapped the short block and used the '95 intake and exhaust systems; if that's OK, then the surging could be could be caused by the following:- bad O2 sensor- sticking EGR valve- major vacuum leak
