idles then leans out and dies

like the title says... ill start the car and it will run for about 5 seconds or so and will lean out until it dies.... its fuel pressure. spark plugs are good and i dont think its ignition. and sometimes it will run longer but if i rev it up a bit and then let off, it will go back to idle, approach 14.7 and then run all the way to 21 and die? i think it might be something with the IACV sticking open causing too much air to enter but not sure? any helps is appriciated!

Could be a number of different things. I would check for loose vaccum hoses, connections...Have you ran the ecu for codes?

i have nistune installed on my computer, it will show me if i have any codes being pulled up. so i switched ECU's because i thought it might be my ECU messing up but i still have the same problem with a stock ECU. it will run ( and without any symptoms of a vaccum leak. but then randomly it will just lean way out until it dies. almost like its a fuel pressure problem but my fuel pressure gauge never looses pressure. im kinda stuck

no one? do you guys think it could be the IACV sticking open allowing too much air into the intake leaning it out or would it not do that? i tried spraying carb cleaner in it but dont knwo if that did anything
