Idles fine...but wont go good...fjdkslafjels

so im getting really frustrated...i have been f*ing with this darn sr for a while now...i got it to fire...but it won't go when i step on the gas. Im guessing that the timing is still off...but it doens't idle at all if its adjusted up at all(turning counter clockwise).

I followed the Procedure perfectly:

Pulled valve covorturned to second notch from the left(i have an s13 redtop)Made sure it was on the compression stroke(cams facing out)aligned notch with first dimpleinserted into head, it automatically rotated to the second onelined up perfectlytightned down.

I was told this would be 15deg btdc.

but i can't imagine this massive loss of power would be caused by anything else.

that should be 15 tdc. idle ok ? can you rev over past 2500 rpm ? if not then check your MAF wires.
