idles and starts when it wants too

i have a SR blacktop right now and the darn thing is ticking me off

it will start and run not perfect but run with the BOV not hooked up to the hot pipe but the vaccum source hooked up to the BOV

with the BOV hooked up it acts as no Air is going into the motor and dies

BOV is a RFL atmospheric

You should always have the BOV routed to a source that sees vac. and boost.

That is not your problem with the idle. Check fuel pressure, check codes, check maf wiring.
