Idler Pulley squealing? How hard is it to replace?

I think I have a bad idler pulley. Basically, when the car is in gear, there is a squealing noise coming from the engine. It doesn't do it all the time though. It is the pulley that is on the left hand side (when looking at the engine compartment head on) and it's the one that is silver and shiny..I think that's the idler pulley. In any case, it wobbles when it's moving so I'm 80% sure it's that one. Does anyone know how hard it is to replace? Better yet, would someone be so kind to tell me how to replace it?
