I've got a box full of idler pulleys from the partout of 3 Q's. All but one of the pulley bearings was grinding or frozen so I set out on a quest a couple of weeks ago to find replacement bearings. I placed my order today.
The bearings are available through a national distributor, Motion Industries. They have sales offices throughout the US and Canada. I walked in to the shop in Sacramento today and ordered a set of 4 bearings for $11.50/ea. (See the pic- the PS pulley has 2 bearings) I got a nice discount by mentioning my employer but they are also available online for $15/ea through MotionIndustries.com. I'm sure you'll have to pay shipping on top of that. Check their website for the branch nearest you.
The part # is 6301LLU C3 BRG. It is the OEM bearing manufactured by NTN in Japan. The bearing is a contact type with double seals. You can search the NTN website, using P/N 6301LU, and see the spec sheet listing all the dimensions. I did try to get these through Napa Auto Parts but the parts guy couldn't find it in any catalogue. If you found someone knowledgeable I'm sure they could locate it.

I had one of our best mechanics at work look at it to determine how to remove the bearing and after a lot of inspection with a magnifying glass it came out easily with a hydraulic press. It doesn't look any different than any other bearing I've worked with so I don't know why you couldn't carefully tap it in with hand tools if the press wasn't available.
