idler pulley assembly

I took apart my idler pulleys to have the bearings replaced about a month ago but now I forgot which way they go back in, can anyone help me out? I remember there was a picture that showed which order to put them back, I believe it was Wes's?

is it:

plate -> o-ring -> pulley -> plate?

Here's what I came up with for the G50. I got a hellacious metallic screeching-grinding noise with the pulley installed backwards. Should be the same on the Y33?
