I got carried away the other day and pulled all the idler pulleys off,unfortunately I overlooked the order in which they were disassembled.Anyone have any notion, or a pic, of what goes where?(Even better would be the FAST file for the HG50)
I checked the FSM and haven't came across a clear picture.(MA-11 shows the drivebelts but not a clear picture of the pulleys themselves)
3 Pulleys4 Dustcovers3 thin washers3 thick washers
Not sure why you have four dust covers... Working from the engine out, the order is:
1) Thick Washer2) Pulley (flat side forward)3) thin washer4) dust cover5) nut
The back side of the pulley will have a "hump" around the bearing... make sure you don't flip the pulley, or put the thin washer on the outside of the dust cover...
