Ok I started up my car and it idles at 2k rpms even after warmed up and even after adjusting the idle screw, when I rev it up and the rpms come back down it stops at 3k and stays there for 2 or 3 seconds.

OTWP told me
Sounds like the ECU thinks the car is cold, like -200 degrees.... I'd think a Coolant temp sensor if its not the adle adjustement screw / or IAC
Well I bought a new one and it was totally didfrent and wouldnt even go in. I should of thought of this before buying the temp sensor but I took my coolant temp sensor and put it in my bros 91 s13 and it ran fine. So it cant be the temp sensor thats bad.

Does anyone think it might be some sensor thats not hooked up? Cuz the person that did the twin cam swap in my car didnt plug alot of stuff in

part of it could be the tps not set right that will change ilde and when you mess with the iacv...make sure the clip for iacv is plugged in.. then you need to unplug the tps when setting the screw where it needs to be.. after thats set the tps between .45to.5 volts. if not that then could be if you messed with the distributor any? thats all i can think of
