Just installed a boost gauge and noticed my vacuum at idle is at 10, isn't it suppose to be around 20? Is this the reason why my idling is horrible? Please let me know how i could cure this problem! thakns alot!

I think it can depend on alot of things, like if you have cams for instance. Or the line might have a leak. My stupid plastic tubing kinked and a tiny hole formed, had to cut a bunch of the line out.

Is it a bone stock SR? Mine pulls around 19 inHg at idle once warmed up.

the first thing i would look for in a low vacuum at idle is a small vacuum leak. something like this will help

Yeah, check for any vacuum or air leaks causing you to suck in more air then you should be

Im gonna go with IDLE level. If the car is idling high it wont make much vacuum. Cams might change it a little but my friend with 264 stage 2 after I tuned it made the same vacuum at idle as it would factory.

i would check your blow off valve and make sure its not loose. i had the same problem and thats what it ended up being. if its loose it will let out air at idle causing a vacuum leak.
