Idle/Throttle response issue (Video linked)

Here is a clip of what is happening. In this video I "barely tap" the throttle pedal... Let me know if you have any ideas... I do not have the A/C, or cruise control and the car has already warmed up... Also the I checked the throttle cable free from the throttle body and it moves freely.

So far I have changed the MAF, checked the wiring on the TPS and to the MAF. I am still using the AT ECU but there isnt much of a difference between the MT AT ECU that would cause this issue...

mine did the EXACT same thing.. unfortunately i never found out what the problem was

unplug the tps and see if it still does it
