Idle surging after I replaced idle air controll valve

2001 pathfinder, My idle air controll valve went bad, It blew the fuse to the computer, after replacing the fuse and idle air valve the engine is still surging/ reving. has anyone else had this problem. thanks for any help.

Try idle air volume learning described on page EC-58 of the factory service manual.

I tried the idle air learning with no luck, i pulled the codes and got p1140 bank 1 and p1145 bank 2. this reving was the reason the first idle air got burned up. could it be the throttle position sensor ?
