idle speed

hey now I have a 93 j30 and I recently run on board dianostics on my ECM. after that, my RPM at idle droped to about 500 when on park, or a red light. when I let go of my brake my car doesn't move unless I step on it. Before whne I did that the car started to drive slowly. how can I change the RPM at idle. and improve sluggish performance.ThanksPlease Help

Clean all the oily/dirty [PCV and EGR induced] gunk out of the TBs, plenums, runners, IAC passages/hoses/solenoid.

thanks for replaying, how would I go about doing that. How can I clean all the hoses and tb's, etc
