Idle with a warmed engine should be 650-750 rpm.

It's idling a lot fast. Was it idling at 1100 rpm before you removed the plenum or is the high idle something new? What was the pre-plenum-removal idle?

Are you referring to the throttle cables attached to the bracket above the EGR? Did you clean the EGR valve, AAC valve and TB while the plenum was off? Use new gaskets on these 3 components when putting it back together?

If there's any doubt as to correct adjustment of the throttle cables you should check the TPS sensor voltage. If it's way off from spec (0.44v) you may have to adjust the sensor, or the cable slack, or both. If the TPS voltage is in range then an idle adjustment to the 650-750 range using the AAC valve is in order. I believe it's 3 1/2 turns out from closed.

All of this is easy with a consult cable plugged into your laptop since all the values are real time on one screen. Going to Cocoa Beach anytime soon? I know a guy.....

Just be sure that you check your TPS measurements and throttle cable slack when everything is fully warmed up. The fast idle cam will throw all kinds of things off if it's engaged. The throttle cables should have a few mm slack in them when there's no pressure on the pedal.

Having a 1100 rpm vs a 650 rpm idle means that the engine is comsumming 70% more fuel per second /minute it is at idle. Worse it may affect the deceleration steps when you take foot off gas.

And putting a lot more shock on the transmission when shifting into gear...
