idle rpm does not increase when ac is on

1992 240sx 5speed1995+ ka24de

Ok, so I just ran Seafoam through my intake 2 weeks ago. I cleaned the IACV within the last 3 months.

All of a sudden, the idle does not increase when the ac is turned on. I now turn the AC on and I idle drops to about 500 and stays there. I know it is supposed to go up to 1000 or so from 700 with the AC on and the fans running.

I'm guessing one of those valve is jacked up.Any ideas?

wiggle wire going to ficd when a/c is on. clean iacv again i guess. i dont think seafoam is something mechanics do which should tell you something.
