What is the proper time you are supposed to let it idle at start up and turning off for the oil or whatever it is to get not clogged in the turbo? Ive heard 30sec and 3 min. i let it idel for like 2 min but its getting annoying

1 min. is good enough for most, 2 if you have been beating on it pretty hard.

Get a turbo timer.
