idle problems?

i have a 91 couple w/sr20 and it idles like sh#t but when i unplug my mass air flow sensor it idles perfect i replaced the mass sensor but still runs the same way? :

Did you replace it with a known good MAF?What MAF did you use? Only the US MAF you can use is the SOHC KA MAF, NOT THE DOHC MAF

Check for Vacuum leaks in the Turbo intake pipe and Manifold.Check MAF wiring and clean your IACV

that's my next step, my iacv i have checked all my vac lines and they r good and used another stock maf from a sr and i just got a bigger maf sensor so i gonna connect that and clean my iacv and get back to u.thanks :
