idle problems

i bought my car like 4 months ago (240sx) ever since ive had it it wouldnt idle right. It goes through spurts sometimes it runs good..sometimes the idle w/ flux alot just goin up and down, never keepin a constant idle, and sometimes if i go to stop real quick it will stall, i cant seem to pinpoint what the problem is and i dotn want to bring it to a shop, Bad history w/ ****bags!! anywayz can someone help?

it could be a dirty idel air control valve, u can clean it with carbourater cleaner. it could also be a vaccum leak go over all your lines and see if any are brittle/cracked.

just search the topic its a common 240 flaw search for the trhead it probly been answewred dozens of times
