Idle problems need massive help.

I have a 1992 nissan 240sx, and i have a serious problem. I just got my engine rebuilt it only has around 800 miles in it. When i turned on the car the engines starts shaking and the Rpm's go crazy, they start at a 1000, drop to 800 back up to 900. it crazy, I also removed the AIV valve, and i plugged all the hoses up really well and added a cone filter . but the car its been acting funny since before i dit the whole filter change. I need help. And my engine mounts are ok. i dont know why it shakes first i though it was electric so i change the spark plugs and spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor everything is practically new in that car, i change them for NGK's. I dont know what to do anymore.:help I suspect that it might be a vacum hose not being plugged right or maybe when i removed the AIV i might have forgotten something.

check and recheck all your vacuum hoses along with your fuel injectors, and coolant temp sensor

the cone filter probobly got oil on the maf, clean that off
