Idle problems and stalling on S14

To start, my idle will bounce from 100-1100 when i fisrt start up my car and its cold. It goes away after about 10 sec...not too big a problem, but just recently the idle would drop to 0 if i push in the clutch. There is also some bogging and a littel lack of power in the higher rpm's. i have checked the MAFS. What should i check next. There is no check engine light either.

check your TPS, make sure u dont have vacuum leaks, check your IAC. that could be alot of things.
