hey guys! Im pretty new with the ka motors so I am sorry about this question that has been pounded to death!! but I think if we get all the facts and problems we can fix these idleing problems once and for all!! ok here it is, I have a 91 240sx with the ka24de motor and when I start it at a cold start it idles fine, about 1k but then I get it up to full temp and let it idle it fluctuates around 700 all he whay to about 400!! it almost stalls! it has no other driveability concerns exept this! I have disconnected my tp sensor and nothing changed, I hear people on this forum talking about cleaning or replacing the IAA, AIV, AND AAI, VALVE what are these valves or sensors and were are they located at? I wish I knew more about these great motors but as you see by my user name I like the jdm nissan motors! I could tell you guys every thing about those!!! lol! anyway if some one would be nice and point me in the right direction that would be great!! once again this problem only happens hen the motor is warmed up thanks Roger

go download the fsm. http://www.zeroyon.com/TheSite/techservice.html

heres another zer...age=1

back to fsm. it has troubleshooting pages. in it are step by step instructions on how to solve any problem as it relates to oem components. your problem could have many different solutions, possibly more than one. read the fsm and you will know what your cars problem is. then come back and tells us what you found so it can be added to the knowlwdge base.
