ok here it is... i have a bone stock sr with fm exaust and intake...i just had a mystery problem which turned out to be the CAS but i also changed out a set of injectors and i no longer have the originals ...but my car now sputters at idle but still goes just fine under throttle...does this sound like an injector problem or is the CAS not set right? and if it is the CAS is there an easy way to set it correctly? Thank you

Is your BOV recirculated?

Run a boost leak test.

Did you set the base timing when you swapped the CAS? What is your current base timing? Explain the steps you used IF you did set the base timing.

Remove the CAS.

Set cylinder number 1 to TDC.

Align the CAS, with the plastic end facing you, there should be 2 dots on the shaft of the CAS, one higher than the other, turn the shaft till the one on the right is lined up wit the Notch, you should see it.

With Number one at TDC, insert the CAS, it should spin and align with the dot on the left.

Put everything back together and start her up.

*EDIT*I was searching for a pic to help you under stand a little more and found this,

not to thread jack but TDC is the first notch from the left or the right on the crank pulley and then timing should be 15 degrees off TDC which would be the second from L/R?

TDC is the SECOND notch from the left, and the 3rd notch should be 5 degree, 4th is 10 degrees, and 15 and so forth.
