idle problem

my car has a weird idle problem, when the car is just at idle, SOMETIMES the rpms plays between 100 and 900 rpms... up and down for a couple of seconds... and just a few times the car dies... like i said this happens just sometimes... fuel problem??? if somebody have an idea please help me out, thank you!!!

sounds like your fuel pump is going bad to me, check your pressure. you may be able to crank up the idle speed to compensate for a short period of time until its replaced. (couple weeks ish)
