The squeaky belt(s) are most likely your accessory drive belts. If they are old, replace them and clean the pullies in the process. If they're relatively new, one, or all three of them, needs to be tightened.
If your "timing belt" is squeaking, you have a rather big problem.
2nd. I would also consider cleaning your connectors on idle sensitive engine electronic parts (MAF, PTU, TPS and CAS) and also use some dia-electric grease on them as well for good measure. Also consider doing your normal maintenance like cleaning your throttle bodies of carbon buildup, change spark plugs, change out the fuel filter if needed, OHM test the fuel injectors, run a good fuel system clean like 44K (only available at Nissan dealerships) or Seafoam.
Sounds like you just need to do basic maintenance, honestly. Most of these are very simple after initially doing them.
