I was just driving my 90 Q home and all of sudden at the stops the idle dropped off to around 500 rpm, and then the car stalled out. Restarted, same thing. Got her home, but it was running very oddly - seemed to have no power. At home. put it in park, same thing - revs drop off and stall.

I'm having it towed into my mechanic.

Any idea what might be going on.

Found the problem - mass air flow intake got loose and disconnected. Back on, and running smoothly again.

Phew!
