idle problem but not really

i was just wondering how to up my idle. when warm its at 500 rpm. i want it at least 650rp. and when i take off from dead stop alittle hesitation cause of it being so low

89-90 240 - at the back of your intake manifold, you'll see a + screw there. Turn it.

91+ look down your intake manifold runners. You'll see oh goodness, another + screw. Turn it.

Actually, the 91+ is almost in the same place as the SOHC.
